The production line includes four processing units,each with the specifications of a GMC3050A gantry machining center. The basic structure is as follows: the worktable moves longitudinally along the hydrostatic guideway on the bed to achieve X-axis feed,the saddle moves transversely along the composite guideway of steel-inserted rolling and sliding on the crossbeam to achieve Y-axis feed;the square ram moves vertically along the roller block on the steel-inserted guideway to achieve Z-axis feed.Under the controlof the CNC system,three-axis linkage can be realized.

CMC series 5 axis machining center is mainly used for machining spare parts with high precision,multi-procedure,complicated shape,such as plate,disc,shell,mould etc.

It can complete milling,drilling,reaming,boring,tapping continuously as well as precise machining of slant face and three-dimensional surface in one single clamping, the process is programmed and batch,  production cycle is shortened, thus , the users will obtain good economic benefits.

CMC650u 5-axis machining centre adopts 5-axis frame layout, integrated design of column and bed, structure of ram moving up and down along the slide base (Z-direction), slide base moving longitudinally along the slide plate (Y-direction), slide plate moving transversely along the column (X-direction), rotary table tilting and turning along the Y-axis line -120°~+120° (B-axis), rotary table table surface rotating and moving 360° along the Z-axis line (C-axis). The bed, column, slide base, slide plate, slide plate and other large parts are all made of high-strength Meehanna castings. These large parts are designed with three-dimensional computer software-assisted optimization, with a reasonable arrangement of ribbed plates, and with a perfect heat-treatment process to eliminate the residual stresses, ensuring that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.

The DMC650U five-axis machining center adopts a five-axis bridge-type vertical frame layout (as shown in the figure below). The high-rigidity bed and the column form a U-shaped frame structure. The beam moves forward and backward along the column (Y axis), and the slide moves laterally along the beam ( X axis), the ram moves up and down along the slide (Z axis), the turntable tilts and rotates along the X axis -120°～+120° (A axis), and the turntable surface rotates 360° along the Z axis (C axis). The bed, column, beam, slide, ram and other large parts are all made of high-strength Meehanna castings. These large parts are designed with the aid of 3D computer software, with reasonable arrangement of ribs and perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
